INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE
A and E Gifting (Pty) Ltd trading as Gift Me (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “”) provides the information on our website (www.gift-me.co.za) and sells the goods offered through the website, subject to the terms set out below. These terms will be referenced as the “Terms”.
- “Use” of the website includes browsing the website and/or purchasing the goods offered for sale through the website.
- “Goods” refers to all the products advertised for sale through the website.
- The “Terms” refer to the advertising, ordering, sale and delivery of the goods on offer, as well as the use of the website.
- We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time and at our discretion.
- By using the website, you agree to the terms indicated below and are bound by the terms or the amended terms.
LOGIN AND REGISTER TO PURCHASE
- Before being able to purchase goods on our website, you must first register as a user.
- To register, provide us with the information requested and select a unique username and password.
- You will need to login with your username and password in order to purchase any goods.
PURCHASE OF GOODS
- An agreement of the sale of the goods only comes into effect when payment for goods is received, into our designated Gift Me bank account.
- Gift Me will monitor stock levels but cannot guarantee the availability of goods.
If any goods are not available after placing an order, we will notify you.
If you have paid, we will offer you a substitute product to a similar value.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
- Payment for goods can be made via;
either Credit card or EFT (electronic funds transfer).
- When payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of payment.
- For security purposes, we may withhold delivery until we receive the additional information and authorisation obtained for the amount.
- If we do not receive authorisation, your order will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying for the goods.
- Your credit card number is protected during transmission using SSL encryption (secure link via Payfast);
- EFT payments to be arranged by e-mailing email@example.com
Gift Me will not deliver any goods until payment has been received in full.
- All our gifts are securely packaged and delivered throughout South Africa.
- Gifts in Cape Town will be hand delivered to the City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard and Southern Suburbs at an additional cost of R50,00.
- Gifts outside of the above Cape Town areas will be couriered at an additional cost of R125.
- We cannot guarantee delivery on your preferred delivery date but will instruct the couriers accordingly and issue you with tracking details once the parcel has been despatched. Circumstances that may cause delays beyond our control would include high traffic volumes, flight delays and/or bad weather conditions.
- Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address indicated by you for delivery during the registration process (‘Delivery Address’) to receive and sign for the delivery.
- We hope you are delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund within 7 working days.
- Should you wish to do this, please return your entire purchase to us within the 7 working days, in its original condition.
Please note that exchanges do not include shipping costs!
- All our bespoke gifts are carefully and beautifully hand packed in our signature packaging with a card to include your personal message.

Orders are packed and despatched as they come in, but due to flight and courier restrictions, as well as skeleton staff, deliveries might take a bit longer than usual.
